Attended Funeral
This is a funeral where family and friends have a ceremony, event or service for the deceased person at the same
time as they attend the burial or cremation.
- Taking care of all necassary legal & administrative arrangements: £550.00
- Collecting & transporting the deceased person from place of death into our care: £125.00 - £150.00
- Care of the deceased person before the funeral in appropriate facilities: £50.00
- Viewing of the deceased person for family & friends by appointment: £50.00
- At a date & time agreed, take the deceased person to agreed cemetery or crematorium in hearse or appropriate vehicle: £125.00
Allerdale Borough Council Burial Fees (Will be advised at time of need)
- Purchase of Plot: £725.00
- Interment Fee: £725.00
Unattended Funeral
This is a funeral where family and friends may choose to have a ceremony, event or service for the deceased person, but
they do not attend the burial or cremation.
- Burial: Not offered at this time
- Cremation - Funeral directors charged plus cremation fee: £1670.00
Fees You Must Pay
- For attended/unattended - New Grave: £750.00
- Interment fee: £750.00
- For attended cremation - (non-resident): £955.00
- Doctors Fee - Cremation Certificates: £955.00
Additional Funeral Director Services
- Additional Milage - Price Per Mile: £00.45
- Additional Transfers of Deceased - To Home or Place of Worship: £100.00
- Collection & Delivery of Ashes: £25.00
- Embalming: Not offered at this moment
- Funeral Officiant: Prices given at time of need - Depends on church/crematorium service
